Sara was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, and she received her degree in busi-ness and market research at the Universitat de Barcelona. Since then, she has worked in several positions focused on consumer understanding in the food and beverage industry. She first worked as a market researcher for the quantitative department at Ipsos and then moved to the fascinating world of marketing 5 years ago, when she joined Givaudan. Currently living in Zurich, Sara works as Global Marketing Manager for Savoury and Naturals, working closely with the regions to bring the best flavour and taste solutions to the market in the meat substitutes, savoury taste and vegetables areas. Sara is happily married with one baby; she enjoys travelling and exploring the vast variety of foods around the world.
